Our Pillar Goals
Central to our shared vision is out Collaboration & Coordination Pillar. With our Executive Team and Implementation Steering Committee, we are working to establish a pan-Canadian coordination model that brings national, provincial, and territorial partners into a unified system. This approach will reduce duplication of efforts, increase knowledge sharing, and enhance the support provided to LTC homes across Canada.
By better collaborating and coordinating our collective efforts across research, data, innovation and improvement, we aim to build a continuous learning system that meets the changing needs for all those who live, love and work across long-term care.
What We Aim to Achieve
